For climatic reasons and our love to France, we use “La Domaine” as our second home. The decisive factor for us was the warmth even in winter and the many sunny days throughout the year. Another decisive factor for us was the connection to Nice Airport and the nearby highways. The most important cities between Monaco and Cannes can be reached in a short time. The sporting activities and cultural events are inexhaustible. The special thing about this location is the fantastic view of the sea from Monaco to Cannes, the absolute peace and quiet and the long hours of sunshine (approx. 10 hours a day). The adjacent nature reserve (Parc naturel regional des Prealpes d’Azur) is also stunning. Here you live surrounded by greenery, in a sunny, quiet and safe semi-high-altitude location, yet with good connections to the nearby towns. Tenants have been delighted time and again for years. We speak German, English and French.
